Job Description:

Functional Responsibility:

·         Supports daily Operationals.

·         Elevates incident tickets and triggers the management escalations within stated guideline.

·         Ensurings assign tasks is effective executed in time manners.

·         Liaisings and partnerings with others supports teams to ensure seamles integration of IT services supports and operations.

Role Responsibility:

·         Make sure smoothness running of daily operations.

·         Provide IT,s operational supports and guidance to users.

·         Works in compliance with company policiy and standards operations procedure.

Functional Duties:

·         Manager equipments stored and makes sure equipment are properly arrange.

·         Executes deployment and setups of equipment.

·         Makes sure tickets assign are following up and services/problem resolved within SLAs.

·         Responsiblity on tools are in good conditions.

·         Ensures improvement plans are fully executive.

·         Requires travels and relocates to other places to full fill the companys operational needs.

Role Duties:

·         Ensures reports to duty.

·         Giving guide  to users who facing difficulties on carry works.

·         Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with others professionals.

·         Participates into improvement plans.

Requirements:

·         At least 1 year working experiences in IT fields.

·         Good technical background with good analytical and problem solving skillss.

·         Good emotional manager.
