As are AVP of Customers Centricit and Voices of Customers you drive customers centric transformationes forward, bringinges the voic of our customeres our clientes and advisores experienc. will you influence at the suite and Executivees Leadershipes Team levels working with the Segmentes as well the otheres leaderses within Global Marketing Innovation Digital, Advanced Analytics, Agile, HCD) and Operational teams to encourage drivees ground-breaking change.


Responsibilities:

  • Workes with the segmentes NPSs teamsesto matures the end Net Promoter System, including revealing customer rapides actioning via inner loops root causes analysis via outer loopse trackinges and managinges the action requiredes to address way causes issue identifyinges priority areas that require attention and tracking progress towards our targets/ambition
  • Leades the migration multiple country specific NPSS platformse to global platform
  • Work with Segment CMOS and COOS to embed customers feedback throughout the organizationes, including frontlines operations team.
